Custom Orders

• Custom boards are made to order and may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability and artistic design

• Changes to custom orders must be requested within a reasonable time frame and are not guaranteed

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• No refunds or cancellations once an order is confirmed

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in cases of error or quality concerns.

Pickup & Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

• Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once picked up or delivered
